May the FORS be with us

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a big deal in our industry, and we’re pleased to announce that we’ve been awarded Bronze accreditation.

The scheme operates as a standard to which British hauliers should work, ensuring a high level of professionalism at every level of the business – from organisational structure and responsibilities down to in-cab technology.

“We’ve long been proud of our high standards but we know many potential customers look for key accreditations when selecting a service partner,” explains Operations Director, Ray Clegg. “Achieving this standard means we can show people in black and white that we’re every bit the professional and forward-thinking business our existing clients know us to be.”

The FORS organisation describes bronze accreditation as confirming “that an operator employs good practices and complies with the requirements laid out by the FORS Standard. This includes demonstrating dedication to driver and vehicle safety, combined with improving operating practices through effective monitoring of fuel and tyre usage.”
