Getting ready for 2017
Christmas is always going to be a big time for anyone in the logistics industry, so we’re hard at work ensuring our customers’ businesses can make the most of the festive season.
But we’re not really a “head down, backside up” kind of a company. Even in this busy time we’re looking ahead, considering the future and keeping on top of what 2017 is going to offer. We’re already considering what our customers’ needs will be into the new year and beyond, and as such our planning is already in place.
First and foremost among these plans is the update to our human resources with the appointment of an independent specialists to revisit our company’s policies and procedures; it’s important that all of our administrative processes are fit for purpose going into the next financial cycle, and we’re convinced that happy, satisfied and motivated workforce will always give better customer service than one that doesn’t have those warm feelings.
So we’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their support over 2016 and want you all to be sure that it’s not too late to book any Christmas-period logistical support (be it overnight palletised delivery, storage or warehousing).
