Delivering Christmas cheer

Most years, we take the opportunity at Christmas to thank our wonderful customers for another year of success with a few token gifts. But this year we’re taking a slightly different tack by instead donating gifts to those who need them most – children at Christmas time.

We’re taking part in the Salvation Army’s “Christmas Present Appeal”, ensuring that children who would otherwise be receiving nothing this festive season at least get a gift donated by a stranger.

To this end we’ve put together a bundle of around £300 worth of toys and gifts – and delivered them to the Salvation Army to wrap and distribute to children whose families or carers are unable to purchase gifts themselves, bringing some much needed Christmas cheer.

“We’ve gathered this collection of children’s toys and games aimed at babies up to 16 year olds,” explains Sales and Marketing Manager, Rachel Harris. “Christmas is one of our favourite times of the year and the thought of children going without any presents at all was just too much. We hope our customers will understand our decision and – hopefully – even follow in our footsteps by contributing to this great cause themselves.”
