Our Health Assured scheme is available as a benefit to all Alan R Jones Ltd staff, offering a 24/7 hotline to help deal with issues ranging from health matters to childcare advice and bereavement support.

“Like any forward-thinking business, we value our staff above all else,” explains Operations Director Ray Clegg. “That’s why we’ve adopted the confidential Health Assured scheme for all staff to ensure their wellbeing and aid in reducing the stresses of everyday life. We truly believe that happy, motivated and satisfied staff improve our customer service levels and make both us and our clients more successful.”

In addition, Alan R Jones has introduced a payroll savings scheme in conjunction with Newport Credit Union. The plan allows staff to save directly from their salaries across a range of accounts, all fully accessible online. “All savings made are guaranteed by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme,” adds Ray, “so our staff know this is the safest, wisest approach to saving for the future.”
